If she has children, there will be time away from work, time not contributing to SS, skills becoming stale, etc.. - perhaps he could add a spousal IRA for her and an allowance for her pregnancy, birthing, breastfeeding, and time with caring for children should they have any. Also, what about cooking, etc. perhaps an allowance for that- otherwise she is just working for room and board. A live in governess/ nanny has her own room, gets hours off, and has a salary. Easy solution, if you cheat, minority share of all assets, victim walks away with majority, a two-way street.
